You agree that this signed application for membership is a distinct acknowledgement on your part that you are bound by the Constitution and Rules, Regulations and By-laws of the Scorpions Basketball club and its associated organisations, which are now, or which may be in force in the future. You agree to accept the rulings of the Committee in all cases. You acknowledge that you will not be absolved from the effect of any of the Constitution and Rules, Regulations and By-laws of the Scorpions Basketball club and its associated organisations on the grounds of not having received a copy of any of them.
You acknowledge that the Club cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to my property or possessions arising out of theft or any other cause, or for any personal injury sustained during participation in Scorpions Basketball Club activities.
