Over the years we noted that schools struggle to secure and/or retain qualified coaches for their programs Most schools had to settle with sub-par coaches who often left the school at the first available opportunity. In response to this need we developed a program in which we partner with schools and provide them with coaches. Scorpions Basketball provides the school with experienced coaches as well as admin support to run their teams. The school therefore no longer carries the administrative burden of sourcing and managing coaching staff day to day. A change in the team coach does not disrupt the development plans and strategies already in place. (Seamless Transition) Scorpions administers the remuneration of coaches and any other human resource requirements including continuous professional development Scorpions will also assist the school in any administrative matters including game schedules, training camps, sourcing equipment and so forth. In exchange the school will pay an agreed upon monthly fee that is within their budget and liaise with Scorpions regarding strategies, plans and outcomes.
